1. Open a new file ctrl + N
2. Create a new layer and sketch it in light color

1. Add a new layer below the sketch layer
2. Color the apartment

1. Paint the area around the apartment with yellow color.
2. Draw the sky and mountains.

1. Add layers and express forests and trees sparsely over yellow

1. Add only layers below the apartment layer. Express apartment landscape
2. Draw a golf course on the left

1. Draw more buildings, apartments and mountains in the back

1. Add a layer and draw a road to white

1. Add layers and add more detail to the building
